Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer

About the role

Micron Technology seeks Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer to own verification of full chip gate‑level custom designs across DDR5, LPDDR5, DDR6, LPDDR6 up to 9600MT/s. Lead verification effort, develop test cases, collaborate globally, use AI‑based automation, simulate, analyze, debug pre‑silicon designs, maintain test benches, run regressions, identify pain points.

What you’ll do

• Guide verification effort direction
• Provide verification support to design projects
• Develop test cases/Stimulus for functional coverage
• Participate in verification methodology and environment development
• Co‑work with international colleagues on new verification flows
• Develop and maintain test benches and vectors, run regressions
• Identify verification pain points for AI‑based automation and deploy solutions

What you’ll bring

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Gate level simulation with delays and logic schematic analysis
• Analytical capability for complex CMOS/gate level designs
• Proficient with Spice and Verilog simulations

Nice to have

• Experience in DRAM, SRAM or other memory fields
• Experience in Python scripting
• Experience in timing analysis Setup/Hold and critical data path
• Experience with AI-assisted verification tools
