About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps global clients realize AI-driven software delivery value. The Senior Manager shapes enterprise AI strategy, advises C‑suite leaders, defines AI platforms, data architecture and operating‑model changes, and leads multidisciplinary consulting teams. Based in Pune (and other major Indian cities), on‑site work with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Shape enterprise AI strategy and advise C‑suite stakeholders
  • Lead executive discovery sessions to define AI transformation roadmaps and value frameworks
  • Define AI platform, data architecture and target‑state capabilities
  • Develop business cases, AI maturity assessments and implementation plans
  • Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and own client outcomes
  • Drive practice growth through GTM development and solution innovation

What you’ll bring

  • 14+ years overall experience, including AI & data projects
  • Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platform (Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Experience shaping AI platform strategy and enterprise data architecture
  • Proven C‑suite advisory and executive discovery session leadership
  • Track record of delivering large‑scale AI transformation engagements
  • Strong consulting, communication and thought‑leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; MBA preferred
