About the role
Russell Investments Technology Transformation Office drives enterprise-wide tech modernization and operational excellence. The Regional Head leads global program management, enterprise Agile adoption, and technology‑finance alignment for India, partnering with the Head of India Technology & Application Development and the Global Head of Technology Transformation. Based in Mumbai, on-site at the Goregaon (East) office, this senior individual contributor influences matrixed teams across engineering, cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity to deliver transformation outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Own global program management for India‑linked transformation initiatives
- Drive enterprise Agile maturity across technology teams
- Align technology execution with finance, capacity, and portfolio priorities
- Design and operate scalable India delivery models and workforce planning
- Influence senior leaders without direct authority to ensure execution clarity
- Establish governance, reporting, and benefits realization dashboards
- Partner with vendors to optimize performance and cost
- Promote AI‑enabled engineering and automation across the organization
