What you’ll do
- Scrutinize savings account forms within TAT per bank guidelines
- Process debit card applications in Eforms system within TAT
- Scrutinize Sukanya Samriddhi, PPF, and prepaid card accounts per guidelines
- Respond to branch queries via mail/unidesk within TAT
- Prepare MIS and coordinate with IT for system issues
What you’ll bring
- Graduate
- MBA preferred
- Additional certificate in banking
