About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice at Accenture helps global clients realize business value through large‑scale transformation initiatives. The Senior Manager serves as a Transformation Coach, guiding C‑suite leaders and cross‑functional teams to define early‑stage strategy, embed governance, and accelerate outcomes using Agentic AI. Based in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad with an on‑site work model, the role leads transformation offices, value realization, and AI‑enabled program management.
What you’ll do
- Orchestrate enterprise‑wide transformation change and embed governance
- Coach senior leaders and workstream heads on transformation management principles
- Set up and run Transformation Management and Value Realization Offices
- Apply Agentic AI to automate tracking, risk identification, and value analysis
- Facilitate workshops for value discovery, KPI definition, and risk reviews
What you’ll bring
- 12-17 years large‑scale consulting experience
- 5+ years leading Value Realization or Transformation Management Offices
- Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI in transformation contexts
- Proven ability to coach senior leaders and embed governance frameworks
- Strong consulting foundation with C‑suite advisory skills
Education
