Transformation Coach, Senior Manager, Technology Transformation Delivery

About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation office at Accenture helps clients achieve growth through large‑scale transformation initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you will coach C‑suite leaders, design governance frameworks, and embed Agentic AI tools to automate value tracking and program management. Role is based in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad with an on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Guide senior client leadership to define transformation vision and governance
• Coach program workstreams on transformation management best practices
• Set up and run Transformation Management and Value Realization Offices
• Develop KPI frameworks, business cases, and value tracking mechanisms
• Identify and deploy Agentic AI solutions to automate program reporting
• Facilitate workshops on design thinking, value stream mapping, and change adoption
• Build transformation playbooks, toolkits, and SOPs
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships and ensure measurable outcomes

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree required
• 12-17 years consulting experience
• 5+ years leading Value Realization Office
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI
• Coaching senior leaders on transformation
• Designing governance frameworks
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement
• Industry exposure in financial services or similar
