About the role
AI Business Solutions team at Microsoft drives enterprise adoption of Copilot and agentic AI across M365, Power Platform, and low‑code solutions. The Architect defines AI readiness, designs scalable Copilot architectures, and guides customers through implementation, governance, and responsible AI practices. Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Noida – on-site, hybrid delivery model with travel to customer sites as needed.
What you’ll do
- Engage with customers to assess AI readiness and define solution scenarios
- Design and deliver scalable Copilot and agentic architectures
- Collaborate with bid and delivery teams to create costed solution proposals
- Provide advisory guidance on responsible AI, security, and compliance
- Mentor technical teams on low‑code AI patterns and governance
What you’ll bring
- 14+ years technology solutions and architecture experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Deep expertise in Power Platform and M365 Copilot solutions
- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and DevOps practices
- Strong background in low‑code application design and governance
- Experience delivering enterprise‑scale AI and security solutions
