What you’ll do
- Lead AI‑driven solution design and delivery
- Define and execute roadmap for Dynamics 365 CRM and AI integration
- Architect and implement CRM modules with AI enhancements
- Integrate Generative AI tools such as Azure OpenAI and Copilot
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across deployments
- Lead fit‑gap workshops and future‑state process mapping
- Evangelize AI adoption and mentor cross‑functional teams
- Maintain architectural documentation and governance
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architecture expertise
- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio
- Experience in AI‑powered CRM solutions
- Business process modeling and analysis skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Solution Architect preferred
