About the role
Accenture's Business Architecture team drives transformation by assessing current state, capturing high‑level requirements and defining technology‑enabled solutions. The Business Architect translates business needs into operating models, builds business cases and guides implementation of key initiatives. Based in Pune, on‑site work model, with opportunities to mentor junior architects and collaborate across multiple teams.
What you’ll do
- Assess existing business environment and identify value‑adding opportunities
- Capture and analyze high‑level requirements and develop business cases
- Design and refine business models and operating frameworks
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Mentor junior team members on architecture principles
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Business Requirements Analysis experience
- Proficiency in mapping business needs to technology solutions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 15 years full‑time education
