About the role

The Vice President, Chief Product Office (CPO) - Business Management role supports the CPO and CAO in driving operational rigor, strategic communication, and business management for the Product organization. Based in Mumbai, India, this full-time position requires US hours and focuses on reporting, resource tracking, and executive narrative governance. The role ensures transparency and accountability across complex product priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Own and facilitate business management reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level summaries
  • Produce monthly business review (MBR) materials and commentary translating data into insights and risks
  • Support OKR definition, tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment between strategy and outcomes
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Product CAO for headcount tracking, capacity analysis, and workforce planning
  • Review and refine Product content and narrative for clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and report on related metrics and action plans
  • Support risk identification, issue tracking, and control remediation with Operational Risk and Compliance
  • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and mentor junior team members

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of overall work experience
  • 8+ years of relevant business/product experience
  • Experience in CAO, business management, strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot)
  • Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Strong execution rigor and ability to manage ambiguity
