What you’ll do

• Lead cross‑functional working groups and governance forums, synthesizing inputs and delivering stakeholder‑ready outcomes
• Coordinate engagement cadence, track commitments, and ensure measurable execution
• Plan and facilitate working sessions, establish delivery governance, and report status
• Partner with Data Risk Leads, Data Owners, technology, and control teams on scope and adoption
• Monitor compliance with data management policies, identify gaps, and drive remediation

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years data governance or risk management experience
• Proven ability to lead through influence across functions and regions
• Strong analytical, visualization, and executive communication skills
• Project/program management with risk and issue escalation
• Knowledge of banking regulations and internal controls
