About the role

ServiceNow Business Analysis team at Zensar Technologies drives platform modernization for a global healthcare client. The role leads stakeholder workshops, translates business needs into functional specs, and governs end‑to‑end requirements and integration design across Clinical Device, Field Service, Procurement, and Asset Management modules. Based in Pune, India, on‑site work model with occasional client travel.

What you’ll do

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements discovery sessions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• Define and maintain functional parity between legacy and ServiceNow platforms
• Lead integration design, data migration, and API specifications across ERP, CMMS, and telemetry systems
• Govern delivery through daily reviews, risk tracking, testing coordination, and executive status reporting

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• 6-8+ years hands‑on ServiceNow experience
• Experience with AI/GenAI capabilities on ServiceNow
• Large‑scale ServiceNow migration or platform modernization experience
• Strong client‑facing consulting background
• Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models supporting US stakeholders
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
