About the role

Godrej Properties – MEP Design team drives mechanical and electrical engineering for residential and commercial real‑estate projects. The Senior Manager oversees design compliance, reviews consultant deliverables, coordinates cross‑functional stakeholders, and supports procurement and commercial functions to ensure timely approvals and execution. Mumbai, On-site, 40‑hour week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll bring

• 15-18 years MEP design experience
• Strong knowledge of local and international design standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Etap, Dilux
• Experience with electrical and ELV services in real‑estate
• Ability to review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
• Stakeholder and team management skills
