About the role
Godrej Properties' MEP Design team drives innovative, sustainable building services across all project phases. The Senior Manager oversees MEP design and execution, ensures compliance with the National Building Code, integrates BIM and cutting‑edge technologies, and leads a team of 5‑6 direct reports. Based in Gurugram with on‑site work, the role collaborates with design, site, and operations teams and coordinates external consultants to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Oversee MEP design and execution across all project stages
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Integrate BIM and innovative technologies into designs
- Lead and mentor a team of 5‑6 direct reports
- Coordinate with design, site, operations, and external consultants
What you’ll bring
- 18-20 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary MEP teams
- Expertise in BIM and design technologies
- Strong knowledge of National Building Code and standards
- Stakeholder management across internal and external partners
