About the role
Senior MEP Cost Manager with 12+ years leading global cost management for large-scale construction, specializing in MEP packages, cost estimation, and team leadership. Expert in Cost X, Plan swift, and other cost tools, with proven ability to deliver accurate estimates, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
What you’ll do
- Partner with clients, deliver accurate estimates on time
- Create cost plans and BoQs for MEP packages
- Lead and manage large cost management teams
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Draft proposals and support sales/marketing
- Develop QAQC plans and implement standards
- Train and mentor team leaders
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years cost management experience, global parecons, data center & life sciences projects
- 8+ years Quantification Take Offs experience
- 3+ years overseas project exposure
- 5+ years Cost X (or Plan swift/Cubicost/Candy/ZW CAD) proficiency
- Proven team leadership and client relationship building
