About the role

Construction Cost Management team at Hill International focuses on accurate quantity surveying for MEP works across building projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP performs quantity take‑offs for electrical, fire‑fighting, plumbing and HVAC using Cost X and AutoCAD, prepares BOQs, supports cost estimation and manages change control and payment recommendations. Delhi, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Undertake quantity take‑offs for Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and HVAC works
• Use Cost X, AutoCAD to summarize quantities and transfer data into BOQs or cost plans
• Draft and validate Bills of Quantities and perform bulk checks
• Support cost estimation by identifying material and labour rates
• Prepare interim payment recommendations and manage change control processes
• Contribute to cost reporting, cash‑flow forecasting and final account preparation

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 10-12 years experience with building projects
• Proficiency with Cost X and AutoCAD
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills
