About the role
Design Assurance & Value Engineering (DA&VE) team at Arcadis leads sustainable MEP design and value engineering for global construction programs. The Senior Manager drives MEP design coordination, techno‑commercial analysis, stakeholder liaison and commissioning strategy, ensuring compliance with international codes and sustainability goals. Bangalore, India, on-site role focusing on large‑scale projects and global delivery model.
What you’ll do
- Lead MEP design coordination and discipline integration across projects
- Conduct techno‑commercial evaluations of MEP schemes and innovative technologies
- Serve as primary technical liaison between client teams, consultants, and senior management
- Drive value engineering initiatives and integrate sustainable design principles
- Oversee technical specifications, quality assurance, and compliance with codes
- Lead commissioning, testing, verification, and handover of MEP systems
- Manage technical information flow and contribute to project risk mitigation
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10-12 years MEP design, coordination, project management
- Experience on client side or consultancy representing client interests
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, IBMS, plumbing systems
- Familiarity with international building codes and standards
- Understanding of construction processes and site coordination
