About the role

Associate Expert – Content Solutions at KONE drives the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the company’s enterprise content ecosystem built on a modern CCMS platform. The role blends hands‑on technical execution with architectural thinking, collaborating across content, IT, and product teams to deliver secure, multichannel, high‑quality content that powers KONE’s customer and employee experiences. Key responsibilities include monitoring platform health, executing upgrades with Adobe Customer Success Engineers, troubleshooting content errors, and managing migration activities with minimal downtime. The expert designs and maintains integrations between the CCMS and other enterprise systems, works with CI/CD pipelines, and develops stylesheets using DITA Open Toolkit, XSLT, and CSS. They apply modular authoring principles, enforce technical quality assurance, and optimize multichannel publishing workflows. Security and compliance are integral, ensuring SSO integration and secure authentication. Candidates should have strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager, DITA, and related web technologies, along with CI/CD pipeline expertise. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and experience with enterprise‑scale content migrations are required. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Chennai, India, and offers an opportunity to shape KONE’s digital content strategy.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience managing CCMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in DITA, DITA Open Toolkit, XSLT, and CSS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Enterprise‑scale content migration experience.
• Familiarity with content taxonomy, metadata, and tagging.
• Knowledge of automation scripts/tools for content operations.
