About the role

1Network B2B team at 1Lattice supports clients with expert insights by onboarding seasoned professionals into its expert network. The Operations Associate manages end‑to‑end expert onboarding, from sourcing and screening on LinkedIn to relationship management, invoicing, and performance reporting. Gurgaon office, hybrid work model (80% remote, 20% on‑site).

What you’ll do

• Understand project scope and shortlist experts on LinkedIn
• Reach out to experts via email, LinkedIn messages, and calls
• Screen experts using client‑provided criteria
• Own expert relationship from onboarding through invoicing
• Schedule appointments and callbacks per client needs
• Provide accurate information and address expert queries
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments
• Track performance metrics and submit regular call reports

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven relationship‑building skills over phone and email
• Strong problem‑solving and networking background
• Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri
