About the role
Quest Global – Power Electronics team designs advanced power conversion solutions for aerospace and defense applications. The Senior Engineer leads product design projects, develops converters, manages thermal and EMI/EMC considerations, and validates hardware through board bring‑up and test plans. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead power electronics product design and development projects
- Develop and analyze AC‑DC, DC‑DC, DC‑AC, AC‑AC converters
- Design gate drivers, semiconductor switches, passive and magnetic components
- Create test plans, procedures and reports for board bring‑up and DVT
- Integrate sensors, solenoids, BLDC/PMSM motors and motor controllers
- Perform power estimations, thermal management and EMI/EMC mitigation
- Utilize lab equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope and data logger
What you’ll bring
- 7 to 10 years relevant experience
- Advanced degree with 5 to 8 years experience
