About the role

Drives budgeted sales volumes, builds regional sales structures, and collaborates with credit, risk, and audit teams to launch products and ensure compliance. What you’ll do
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes
- Build regional sales structures
- Work with branches on product distribution
- Drive cross‑sell initiatives such as insurance
- Maintain delinquency levels
- Coordinate product and process roll‑outs with credit & risk
- Ensure audit compliance across sales vertical
Nice to have
- 7-13 years experience in secured or unsecured lending
- Experience building sales structures for regions
- Collaboration with credit and risk departments
- Audit compliance implementation
- Soft collections management
Education
Any UG/PG or MBA
