About the role

Sea Freight Export team at DSV manages global ocean freight accounts, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and vendor coordination. The Senior Associate/Assistant Manager oversees customer communications, compliance, and operational excellence, handling inquiries, documentation, and vendor relationships. Gurgaon office, on-site work model, with travel to vendor sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Manage ocean freight global accounts and serve as single window for customer correspondence
• Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and customs regulations
• Liaise with vendors, shipping lines, and co-loaders for vessel planning and shipment status
• Monitor operational KPIs, data quality, and cost/revenue tracking
• Resolve customer inquiries, exceptions, and invoice disputes

What you’ll bring

• 4-5 years experience
• 2-5 years freight forwarding industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in SAP DSV and Microsoft Office
