Senior Associate, Project Manager

About the role

The Integrated Ledger Strategy (ILS) team at State Street seeks a Senior Associate Project Manager to support Finance transformation initiatives within the Global Ledger Strategy programme. Based in Bangalore, India, this role coordinates project activities, monitors risks, and prepares governance reporting for stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations. The position operates on an On-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support planning and delivery of Finance transformation and Oracle Cloud initiatives
• Produce weekly and monthly governance reporting materials
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Technology, and global teams
• Identify and monitor programme risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor testing progress and defect resolution activities
• Contribute to portfolio reporting enhancements using Jira
• Maintain RAID logs and action trackers
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 years work experience in Project Management of Finance initiatives
• Experience supporting project delivery within a financial services environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or similar)
• Finance transformation programmes experience
• Oracle Cloud ERP implementations experience
• Experience with Jira, Clarity, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
