What you’ll do
- Research and resolve customer payment issues
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports
- Apply payments accurately and raise disputes
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Assist with other accounts receivable or administrative tasks
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years accounts receivable experience
- SAP knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Macros development (advantage)
- Strong verbal and written communication

- MBA
- CA Inter (not mandatory)
