- Interact with customers via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Ensure accurate payment posting and raise disputes
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years accounts receivable experience
- SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office, macros a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- B.Com or MBA or CA inter (not mandatory)
