What you’ll do

• Own and deliver performance testing projects end‑to‑end
• Gather requirements and design test cases
• Develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks
• Execute load tests and analyze results
• Create performance dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify bottlenecks
• Provide recommendations for performance improvements
• Mentor junior testers on performance best practices

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years performance testing experience
• Advanced JMeter scripting (Groovy/JSR223)
• LoadRunner test development
• SQL and Java/Python programming
• AWS CloudWatch monitoring
• AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana dashboard creation
• Client‑side testing with Lighthouse or Sitespeed
• Experience building in‑house performance tools
