About the role
International Mid Markets Banking team at HSBC provides global financial services to large corporates and mid‑market enterprises. What you’ll do
- Deliver revenue and asset/liability targets for existing and new client portfolio
- Lead cross‑sell initiatives and grow banking wallets for internationally active companies
- Monitor portfolio for early warning signals and ensure timely covenant compliance
- Mentor and develop relationship managers to meet client needs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Operations, GPS, GTS) for efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with FCC, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate financial crime risks using HSBC tools
What you’ll bring
- CA or MBA degree
- Minimum 5 years corporate banking experience
- Strong credit and lending knowledge
- Experience with trade and treasury products
- Proven client relationship management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools advantageous
