The Senior Manager, Employer Branding advises GCC leaders and CHROs to craft employer brand strategies, EVPs and integrated recruitment marketing programs. Works on client engagements, leads teams and drives thought leadership from the Koramangala office, hybrid work model with on-site presence.
What you’ll bring
- 8-10+ years employer branding or consulting experience
- Proven success delivering branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing client engagements
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring teams
Education
MBA, PGDM, or equivalent Master's degree
