About the role

Legal and Compliance team at Atlas Technology Solutions provides global employment law guidance for its Employer-of-Record services. The role advises internal teams on employment agreements, leaves, policies, terminations and regional compliance, drafts and negotiates contracts, monitors APAC law changes, supports client onboarding/offboarding, manages outside counsel and delivers training on labor law topics. Remote work across India, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, full-time senior position.

What you’ll do

Provide practical legal advice on employment matters
Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements
Monitor and interpret APAC employment law developments
Support client onboarding/offboarding with risk assessments
Manage and partner with outside counsel in litigation
Advise on day‑to‑day and strategic HR projects
Support internal training initiatives on labor law
Collaborate across legal, HR, sales and compliance functions

What you’ll bring

Licensed to practice law in an APAC jurisdiction
4+ years employment law experience in APAC
Experience in law firm and in‑house settings
Drafting and negotiating employment agreements
Client‑facing interaction
Managing outside counsel
Providing internal training on labor law
Experience with Employer‑of‑Record services a plus
