About the role

Implementation Services team at Zenoti delivers end‑to‑end onboarding of the cloud‑based beauty and wellness platform. The Senior Implementation Consultant designs and configures solutions, builds proof‑of‑concept pilots, and leads data migration and integration projects to ensure successful customer rollouts. Works onsite in Hyderabad, collaborating with internal product and support teams to meet SLAs and drive customer satisfaction.

Configure Zenoti to match client processes
Design and execute pilots for high‑priority customers
Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Maintain implementation documentation and adhere to SLAs
