About the role

Implementation Services at Zenoni helps beauty and wellness businesses adopt its cloud platform. The consultant drives product demos, designs proof‑of‑concepts, and leads data migrations and system configurations to ensure successful client onboarding. Hyderabad, India, on‑site work model, hybrid options may be discussed.

What you’ll do

• Drive technical product demos and support sales in closing deals
• Configure Simplified.io apps to match customer business processes
• Design and set up proof‑of‑concepts and pilots for high‑priority customers
• Extract, transform, and load data into Zenoti platforms
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain documentation and follow implementation processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years implementing software systems
• Hands‑on data transformation, validation, and migration experience
• Proficiency with MS Excel and database concepts
• Ability to script or use tools for data transformation
• Experience with data mapping and migration tools
• Knowledge of HTML/web design is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking in fast‑paced environments
