About the role

Implementation team at Zenoti, the cloud platform for beauty and wellness businesses, drives end‑to‑end customer onboarding and data migration. The Senior Implementation Consultant designs, configures, and pilots solutions, extracts and transforms data, and ensures successful deployments while managing risks and customer expectations. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role with comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.

What you’ll do

• Configure Zenoti to match customer business processes
• Design and set up proof‑of‑concepts for high‑priority clients
• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Maintain documentation and adhere to SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Provide timely issue resolution to ensure satisfaction
• Stay current on product knowledge and market dynamics

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years implementing software systems
• Hands‑on data transformation, validation, and migration
• Proficiency with MS Excel and database concepts
• Scripting/tools for data conversion
• Knowledge of HTML/web design
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work across multiple fast‑paced projects
