About the role

Décor Sales team at Asian Paints drives store-level GMV and operational excellence for the Beautiful Homes category. The Executive N leads store staff, manages dealer relationships, and ensures customer conversion through on‑ground demand generation and digital journey optimization. Ahmedabad, GJ, IN, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Drive sales through store staff and achieve GMV targets
• Oversee store staff productivity and performance
• Maintain customer satisfaction index and conversion rates
• Coordinate dealer servicing and resolve issues as single point of contact
• Lead team training, grooming, and recruitment initiatives
