About the role

Supply Chain team at Asian Paints oversees end‑to‑end Distribution Center operations, ensuring inventory control, safety compliance, and efficient warehouse processes. The Executive N manages daily receipts, storage, picking, dispatches, and coordinates with CFA employees, transporters, and internal stakeholders while supervising 5S activities and contract workmen. Hyderabad location, on‑site work model, with opportunities to lead process improvements and develop MIS reporting.

What you’ll do

• Support end‑to‑end DC operations including inventory control, receipts, dispatches, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure 100% safety compliance and adherence to SOPs and 5S standards
• Supervise contract workmen and coordinate with CFA employees, transporters, and loaders
• Drive cross‑functional coordination with plant departments and central teams
• Maintain and develop MIS reports for timely updates
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost efficiency

What you’ll bring
