About the role
Branch Control Unit (BCU) at Axis Bank drives unified controls, risk and compliance across the branch network. The team leader monitors branch performance, identifies thematic issues through data analysis, and implements process improvements and special projects. Mumbai, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Identify themes from audit and performance data
- Develop control frameworks and improvement recommendations
- Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Document and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Coordinate training and awareness programs
What you’ll bring
- 13-15 years banking/BFSI experience
- Graduation or Post‑Graduation
- PMP or SCM or Prince certification preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication
Nice to have
Team leadership of 3‑5 members
