What you’ll do

Analyze and redesign finance processes for efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of process improvement experience in finance
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory frameworks
