About the role

Essar UK Services Private Limited’s Process Excellence team in Mumbai drives end‑to‑end procurement and commercial workflows. The Sr. Process Specialist‑IST designs, documents, and optimizes process maps, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams. Based in Mumbai, the role is on‑site with a focus on local stakeholder engagement and process governance.

What you’ll do

• Lead process documentation and mapping for procurement workflows
• Conduct process gap analysis and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process changes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
• Track and report process performance metrics

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in procurement or commercial process management
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle procurement modules
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
