About the role

Works closely with cross‑functional teams to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and deploy automation solutions. Leads data analysis, generates performance metrics, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Drives continuous improvement initiatives and supports system integrations.
What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of process improvement experience in IT.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
