About the role

Godrej Properties' Interior Design team drives innovative, sustainable design standards across residential projects. The Senior Manager leads vision setting, audits external designs, and spearheads pan‑India standardization projects while curating customer‑centric experiences in clubs and common areas. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

Establish interior design vision and standards
Review and audit external architect designs for apartments, lobbies, clubs
Identify and lead strategic projects for process efficiency across India
Develop and present cost‑benefit analyses to senior management
Curate pre‑sales customer experience in marketing offices
Lead design strategy for clubs and amenities
Promote sustainability and net‑zero design practices

What you’ll bring

Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar field

Nice to have

12-15 years interior design experience
Proficiency with CAD, Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCAD
Strong presentation skills (PPT/InDesign)
Knowledge of building and finishing materials
Ability to conduct cost‑benefit analyses
Experience leading design standardization initiatives
