Senior Project Manager, Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Construction Services at JLL focuses on delivering world‑class commercial spaces across Gujarat. The Senior Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex base‑build and interior fit‑out projects, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure quality, schedule and budget targets. Based in Ahmedabad with on‑site work, the role involves extensive travel across Gujarat and pan‑India for site visits and stakeholder meetings.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of base‑build and interior fit‑out projects
• Conduct site due diligence, prepare RFPs, analyze tenders and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate daily with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
• Perform quality audits and ensure health‑safety compliance
• Manage project budgets, cost variances and procurement
• Provide strategic guidance on workplace strategy and sustainable practices
• Mentor and develop high‑performing project teams

What you’ll bring

• BE Civil or B.Arch
• PG in Project Management (Nicmar, SPA.CEPT)
• 15+ years construction project management experience
• Advanced AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM, CAD proficiency
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Nice to have

• PMP certification
• LEED AP certification
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati
