The Senior Interior Designer leads end‑to‑end client engagement, develops design concepts, oversees GFC drawing preparation, and manages on‑site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery. Bengaluru, on‑site role, with opportunity to build and scale a high‑performing interiors team.

What you’ll do

• Lead client engagement from onboarding through project completion
• Translate client needs into design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
• Oversee preparation and release of Good for Construction drawings
• Coordinate execution with planning, procurement, and project teams
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality
• Drive project delivery within timelines and budget
• Manage commercial metrics such as conversion rates and upselling
• Mentor and develop interior design team
