About the role
Velmenni seeks a Hardware Design Engineer to lead end‑to‑end electronic hardware system development. The role focuses on schematic capture, multilayer PCB design, and hardware bring‑up, debugging, and validation, collaborating closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Based in New Delhi, the position is on‑site with a part‑time schedule.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop electronic hardware systems from concept to production
- Capture schematics and design multilayer PCBs
- Perform hardware bring‑up, debugging, testing, and validation
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
- Support product R&D activities and continuous design improvements
- Ensure compliance with design standards and quality requirements
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years hardware design experience
- Schematic design
- PCB design
- Multilayer PCB (6–7 layers)
- Debugging and testing
- EMI/EMC and signal integrity
- Microcontroller/processor knowledge
