What you’ll do
- Design electronic circuits and schematics for industrial metering and safety products
- Conduct verification testing, design analysis, and reviews
- Perform component risk assessment, DFMEA, and reliability analysis
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with firmware, mechanical, and other teams
- Guide junior designers and make independent design decisions
- Develop engineering documentation, BOMs, specifications, and test plans
- Contribute innovative ideas to evolving business development activities
- Ensure quick decision‑making and troubleshooting in an evolving environment
What you’ll bring
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years relevant hardware design experience
- Proven track record in power supply and embedded solutions
- Component derating and reliability analysis
- Experience with processors, microcontrollers, FPGA development
- Circuit simulation using pSPICE or LTSpice
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
