About the role
Netweb Technologies Hardware Design Team develops high-performance computing solutions for enterprise and research customers. The Hardware Design Engineer creates detailed schematics, selects components, collaborates with PCB layout teams, and leads design reviews to ensure signal and power integrity. Faridabad, on-site, full-time role with opportunities to work on cutting-edge mixed‑signal and high‑speed board designs.
What you’ll do
- Design digital, mixed‑signal, and power electronics schematics
- Collaborate with PCB layout teams to optimize component placement and SI/PI constraints
- Select components and coordinate with vendors to meet design requirements
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards
- Perform signal and power integrity simulations using tools like Hyperlynx or Sigrity
What you’ll bring
- 3-6 years hardware development lifecycle experience
- Strong knowledge of mixed‑signal, high‑speed board and power design
- Experience with embedded microprocessors (Qualcomm, TI, NXP, NVIDIA, Intel, AMD)
- Proficiency in I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, PCIe, DDR, MIPI, USB3/4, Ethernet interfaces
- Expertise with Cadence PCB tools for schematics and layout
- Experience with simulation tools (PSPICE/LTSPICE) and SI/PI analysis
- Hands‑on lab experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, debuggers
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics
