About the role

Oliver Wyman Talent Acquisition Intern on the IMEA Recruitment Team builds a pipeline of top talent for Oliver Wyman's consulting practice. The intern sources candidates, screens resumes, schedules interviews, maintains recruitment files, creates offer letters and communicates updates to candidates. Gurugram, Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

What you’ll do

• Assist in candidate sourcing and resume screening
• Schedule interviews and manage recruitment calendars
• Maintain and update recruitment files and organize CVs
• Create offer letters and provide ad‑hoc recruitment support
• Communicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring process

What you’ll bring

• Enrolled in a university or on a father’s visa
• Based in Delhi/NCR region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong written and verbal English skills
