About the role
Investment Performance Measurement team at State Street analyzes portfolio returns and attribution across equity, fixed income and derivatives. The role conducts performance analysis, reconciles benchmark data, validates and uploads source data, and collaborates with global risk and operations teams to produce accurate analytics. Pune, India, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed.
What you’ll do
- Perform performance analysis and attribution
- Reconcile and update portfolio/benchmark performance
- Retrieve, validate and upload data from source systems
- Validate completeness and accuracy of performance data
- Communicate with global performance, risk, operations and IT teams
- Develop and validate new performance analytical reports
- Maintain best‑practice workflow processes
- Troubleshoot functional and quantitative issues
What you’ll bring
- Post Graduate MBA in Finance
- FRM or CFA certification preferred
- 11+ years post‑graduation experience
- Experience in performance measurement
- Knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivatives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exposure to POINT/Yield book/Factset
