About the role

Investment Performance Analysis team at State Street drives portfolio performance measurement and attribution across global assets. The Senior Manager leads performance analysis, reconciles data, validates analytics tools, and collaborates with Global Performance Measurement, Operations, and IT to resolve issues and develop new reports. Bangalore, India, on-site role with flexible hours to support US colleagues during quarter‑end.

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years post‑graduation experience in financial services
• MBA in Finance from a reputed institute
• FRM or CFA certification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of equity, fixed income and derivatives
• Knowledge of investment management and portfolio analytics
• Experience with performance measurement and risk applications
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to stakeholders
• Flexibility to work with US teams during critical periods
