Senior Investment Content Writer

About the role

Russell Investments Mumbai – Investment Communications team. The Senior Investment Content Writer creates clear, concise investment commentaries and reports across asset classes, collaborates with portfolio managers and analysts, and supports client‑facing marketing and sales materials. Works onsite in Mumbai, India, full‑time, reporting to the Senior Manager RFP Production.

What you’ll do

• Produce investment commentaries and reports on equities, bonds, property, infrastructure and multi‑asset funds
• Write ad‑hoc market pieces, fund updates and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts and marketing teams to gather data and insights
• Maintain relationships with investment division, client service and sales stakeholders
• Attend investment meetings and translate themes into client‑focused content
• Ensure compliance with code of conduct and regulatory standards
• Manage multiple content projects and meet frequent deadlines
• Contribute to new business initiatives and fund marketing materials

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Business/Communications
• 5-7 years investment writing or financial journalism
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Strong oral and written communication
• Excellent research and data interpretation
• Ability to produce high‑quality content under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Prioritisation and multitasking skills
