About the role
Investment Performance Analysis team at State Street focuses on measuring and attributing portfolio performance across equity, fixed income and derivatives. What you’ll do
- Perform absolute and relative portfolio performance attribution
- Reconcile and validate performance data at transaction and pricing levels
- Upload and verify data from vendor systems into performance applications
- Communicate findings and resolve data issues with global teams
- Develop and validate new performance analytical reports
- Maintain best‑practice workflow processes
- Troubleshoot functional and quantitative reporting issues
What you’ll bring
- 6-8 years post‑graduation experience in financial services
- MBA in Finance preferred
- FRM or CFA certification a plus
- Experience with performance measurement and attribution
