About the role

Finance Team at FarMart, building resilient food value chains through robust export accounting. Manages vendor bill booking, cash and bank reconciliation, and generates retail sale invoices for export customers while handling export banking activities like foreign remittances and letters of credit. Based in Gurugram, on-site work model, with opportunities to own processes and drive innovation in trade compliance.

What you’ll do

• Manage accurate booking and verification of vendor bills
• Reconcile cash and bank accounts regularly
• Generate retail sale invoices for export customers
• Assist with export banking activities including foreign remittances and letters of credit
• Oversee closure of IFRC with banks
• Generate and manage EBRCs for export payments
• Create RODTEP script and reconcile ICEGATE vs books

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 3-5 years experience in export finance or accounting
• Knowledge of DGFT and ICEGATE
• Proficient in vendor bill booking and verification
• Strong cash and bank entry skills
• Experience in retail sale invoicing
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
